We can tailor a cycling villa holiday for individuals wanting to try something different. Our Villa sleeps 8 people in luxury, ideal for groups of cyclists looking to train in a sunnier climate over the winter months of the year or to prepare for a new season or specific race, sportive or triathlon.

There is a very large secure underground garage ideal for storing your bikes and kit. Located only 10 minutes from the Airport in Palma it is ideal for a quick week or even a long weekend, low cost flights are readily available from all the UK regional airports. The shopping and cultural opportunities are great if members of your party are not cyclists!!

Depending on what you require we can organise virtually anything to suite your needs and budget, if all you require is accommodation that is no problem, if you require breakfast preparing or even an evening meal this can be arranged easily. Should you want a drop off with your bikes anywhere on the island this also can be arranged.

Providing full occupancy and a minimum stay of 5 nights the price per person is only £29 per night based on two people sharing a room, this price is from October 2010 to April 2011 (Excluding Christmas and New year which may be available on request) Should you want a full continental breakfast preparing in a morning this would be a further £8 per head per day, should an evening meal be required this can be arranged including wine from £15 per head per day.

This lovely 4 bedroom villa has been reformed and refurbished to a high standard. It has a lovely pool and garden. From the property you can walk to either the beach, or Port with its local cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. The villa is fully air conditioned with satellite tv and is in a unique location.

Amenities/Facilities Provided include hob/stove,oven,fridge/freezer,microwave,washing machine,tumble dryer,iron/ironing board, satelite tv, tv, central heating, air conditioning, barbecue, private pool ( soley for use of our guests )

Outside you will find a Garden with fruit trees and lawn, private pool, covered terrace with dining for 8 people, 8 sun loungers

Cyclists will enjoy exploring or training on the island, we can arrange meals, welcome packs, a bike drop off service and safe place to store your bikes and gear onsite in our underground garage. You will also enjoy cooling down and relaxing in your own private pool after a long but enjoyable day in the saddle.





We require a 30% deposit on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival
25% cash damage deposit on arrival.
